CIC INJECTION
CIC (Continuous Impregnated Compound) is a particular compound with appreciated properties.This compound can be molded in injection, in injection-compression, and in compression.
A lot of complex parts are produced via Continuous Impregnated Compound.
It is manufactured in bulk format, like BMC (Bulk Molding Compound), while fibers reinforcement length is diverse as for the SMC (Sheet Molding Compound).
It is important to specify that the fibers reinforcement are impregnated in continuous.
This particular production process impart to the CIC material superior mechanical properties for a maximum electrical insulation.
CIC (Continuous Impregnated Compound) is only produced in our Vineuil production site in France.
