BMC Injection

Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) is a mixture of thermoset resin, combined with various inert fillers, reinforcing fibers, catalysts, inhibitors, and colorants, typically used for injection molding.

BMC is heavily filled and reinforced with short fibers, with the proportion of glass fiber ranging from 10% to 30%, and lengths between 6mm and 12mm.

Depending on the final application, composite materials are formulated to achieve dimensional stability, fire resistance, high dielectric strength, corrosion and stain resistance, high mechanical properties, low shrinkage, and color stability.

These excellent creep characteristics, along with electrical and fire-resistant properties, make BMC perfectly suited for a wide variety of applications requiring precision in shapes and dimensions.

BMC is available in bulk in a wide variety of colors and can be painted with powder or water-based paint.
